Key responsibilities:
• To provide clerical support, accuracy and attention to detail
• Answer and process a variety of telephone enquiries
• Book engineers daily work load and liaise with them throughout the day
• Order and monitor spare parts
• Data entry to Excel, Access, Word and Outlook
• Update social media sites
• Assist with keeping the office environment safe and tidy
Qualifications and Skills:
• A good level of GCSE in both English and maths
• Basic knowledge of IT and Microsoft packages
• Good communication and time keeping
• Smartly presented
• Social media skills
• Minimum of 1 year experience
Permanent position
with alternate Saturdays.
